Built for the moment the night starts getting noisy.
Sleep Rescue is not trying to become a giant sleep platform. It is a focused intervention product for the specific moment when sleep goes wrong and decision-making gets less useful.
Why it exists
Bad nights often get worse because the next decision multiplies the stimulation. The product exists to interrupt that spiral.
Instead of offering a huge library of sleep content, it narrows the moment into a short route, a few questions, and a calmer next move.
How it works
Each route is intentionally brief. You choose the closest scenario, answer a small set of questions, and get a protocol with a primary action, fallback step, and guidance for the next morning or next few days.
The interface is designed for low stimulation: darker surfaces, quieter hierarchy, and fewer competing panels.
Less input. Better next steps.
The goal is not to make the night feel optimized. The goal is to make it feel manageable enough to follow one calm, deliberate action.
Sleep Rescue is not medical care, diagnosis, therapy, or a replacement for professional support when symptoms are severe or persistent.
